  When I bought my bike from this store I found them very helpful in setting up and helping to make sure I was using the bike safely. The older guys there are definitely nicer.

  However when I went back to BS with a problem (I was told by the manufacturer was a design flaw in the build), I was told they couldn't fix it because the bike was more than a year old.

  You need to take tools with you, To setup your bike, After service it like seat post and cockpit. But nice people tho, but check all over your before you lave the store. :P

  Great store with a wide range for cyclists of all levels of competence and enthusiasm! Staff very attentive and knowledgeable and don't pressure sell you to buy more expensive kit than necessary, they concentrate on good, solid advise. Great shopping experience!

  I ended up going elsewhere to be fixed by Giant who told me it shouldn't have been built with this strange flaw by the Bicycle Superstore.

  It was probably a case where they could have shown more love for an existing customer and they could have met me halfway on the cost but they chose instead to try and overcharge me for the repair & service altogether.

  Moreover after having a conversation with the worker at BS, I felt like I was talking to a dodgy mechanic who wouldn't look me in the eye. He even compared the defect to the turning of a car and said it happens all the time (it doesnt)
