  Had a great experience selling through OBrien Mentone with Chloe Barry and James Zweck. Communication was exceptional throughout. They provided great advice on repairs and how to present the unit, and connected us with a fabulous - and affordable - stylist. During the campaign period we could relax because we had full confidence that they had everything under control to get us the best possible result. On auction day the full team turned out and they all worked together to get an absolutely fantastic result (thanks guys). Would highly recommend!

  Highly recommend Byron Kerr and Ami Russell for selling in Beaumaris and Mentone! Ami is capable of achieving a sale within as little as time as possible for vendor convenience. The two agents are very professional and are effective at selling property with as much ease as possible. O'Brien Real Estate also offer exceptional customer service and communication. O'Brien Real Estate is far better than other agencies!

  If you found this review you either went looking for it when you got burned, or wished you'd seen it before signing with them. Horrid experience. Best to avoid them and save yourself the headache. Thomson, Ray White and Aitken, all nearby, offer comparatively better service. And they don't try to bury their bad reviews with - obviously false - good reviews. What I would love to see is these reviews change the behaviour of people like James Zweck but it probably won't.

  Ami Russell and James Zweck are very professional. O'Brien is highly renowned in Mentone and surrounds despite the false negative reviews below. Ami was a champion in selling and offered exceptional care in dealing with the sale and provided consistent communication. Ami sells properties conveniently fast for vendors at a good price. It is no wonder Ami is renowned as being the best of the best by locals. Well done Ami keep up the good work! :)

  We recently sold a couple of investment properties through O'Brien real estate. We dealt directly with James Zweck and Chloe Barry. Both were very courteous and professional. They made us feel entirely at ease, the process was both transparent and painless. I would have no hesitation in using their services again or in recommending them to our friends. Very impressed with their team and happy we made the choice to use O'Brien Real Estate in Mentone.

  I also urge you to click on the profiles of the five star ratings here. They've somehow managed to 5-star hundreds of real estate listings, including Mentone OBrien and even to discredit some of their competitors. Just shows you the lengths this company is willing to go, to to hide their poor reputation.
